Diploma of Fitness

Personal trainers with Diploma certification enables us to understand a range of needs and challenges our clients may face. If you are suffering from high blood pressure, asthma or an existing injury, whatever your ailment is, we are able to chat with your healthcare professional in order to fully understand your needs and help instruct you with an exercise plan that you and your doctor have discussed.

Cert III Nutrition

Using the Australian Guidelines, we can put together meal plans suited to your dietary requirements and guide you in your calorie intake under the Australian scope of practice.

Metafit™ & MetaPwr™

Metafit™ are simple and effective workouts that get big results! To burn fat, you need to change the resting metabolism, Metafit™ works big muscle groups with simple un-choreographed high intensity intervals. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

Battle Ropes

Battle Ropes are an awesome tool for metabolic training, strength, endurance, partner interaction and aerobic endurance. They are fun and dynamic, challenging and will give the entire body a killer workout!

Boxing Skills and Fitness: Australian Combat and Exercise

This is Australia’s most accredited boxing certificate.  Boxing is a fun and energetic way of burning fat and gaining strength at the same time!  It’s great as a one-on-one class and in a group setting.  We can teach you the correct boxing techniques, which will have you looking like Rocky Balboa in no time!

Personal Training for Children and Adolescent

Children who are growing have a lot of changes happening within their bodies and need to be trained accordingly.  This accreditation -  Certificate in Training Children and Adolescents, ensures we are professionally trained to provide young adults between the ages of 12 and 17, with a highly efficient and effective workout catering to the specific needs of their bodies.

Group FX – Semi Private Training

We have the training and experience for you to get more out of your workout.  If you’re thinking about doing some personal training but can’t quite afford the investment, we have the option to run small group personal training classes. This allows you to still receive the dedicated time and focus but at a reduced cost. The first consultation is a one on one assessment and goal setting, which includes fitness testing and a full body assessment; to discuss previous injuries and certain areas to focus on. Once you have been assessed, you will be given your own personal workout (catered to your needs and goals) and teamed up with 3 others. Your team can be made up of friends, family or someone new! From here you will get the motivation you need to reach those goals!

Kettlebells Level 1 & 2

If you’ve trained over the past 5 years, you may have noticed the popularity of kettlebells is booming everywhere.  Kettlebells have been around since the early 1700's and have since been developed into today’s modern world of functional training.  Kettlebells are now used for explosive power, strength training, circuit training and endurance workouts.  Kettlebells are fun, challenging, and versatile and soon you’ll love them just as much as we do!

Mobility & Functional Training

A warm up is more than a light run and some squats. You need to incorporate all joint mobilisation, dynamic stretches to activate weak muscles and myofascial relief (foam rolling) for soft tissue release. Successful completion of this course allows us to assess clients’ mobility, identify any issues and address them.  This all important process decreases the risk of injuries and improves range of motion and flexibility.

Powerbag & Sandbag Training

Powerbags are one of the BEST tools for teaching people movements like squats, and deadlifts; which are essential fundamental movement patterns that every client must learn.

Some personal trainers progress their clients too rapidly or teach them incorrectly. Doing these types of movements incorrectly for a long period of time can lead to serious injury.  Both Powerbag and Sandbags are the tool of choice for establishing these movement patterns due to the soft nature of the bag, the handles and the compressed and symmetrical load.  It focuses on teaching correct hip, knee, and pressing mechanics while minimising injury, making it the ideal tool for all levels. 

Suspension Training

Suspended Fitness Training is one of the most effective and diverse methods of training. It has boomed in popularity in the last decade and participants love it for its core integration, versatility and variety. There are a huge range of exercises that can be performed for people of all fitness levels. Most people only know a few simple exercises but we can teach you a large variety of different movements to target all areas for the body.
