At WAMH Fitness, we understand the struggles that you may be facing, having faced some of them ourselves!  

We all have our own strengths and weaknesses, things we love about ourselves and things we wish could be better at, it’s only human!  Here at WAMH Fitness, our personal trainers want to be by your side to help you overcome those challenges.

After your first FREE consultation session - which is when your personal trainer will conduct a full body assessment and set up some short and long term goals with you - you are ready to start your new fitness journey.  

We are licensed to operate in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and can arrange a personal training one-on-one session in a park or area that is convenient to you.  For example Centennial Park, Malabar or Maroubra beach etc.

Our personal trainers can also tailor a session for you and a friend if you prefer.  Or if you are looking at getting fit for a particular event - be it a marathon run or even getting fit for your wedding day - we can create a training plan especially for you too.

As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day, these things do take time.  The best thing to do is have a good attitude, be consistent and focus on the things that you can control like sleep, food and water intake.
