Sometimes people can be apprehensive about attending a bootcamp class or using a personal trainer.  The word 'bootcamp' can imply that the class will be overly intense or that it will be a bit like having a drill sergeant yell at you while you struggle with the exercises.  

Nothing could be further from the truth at WAMH Fitness!

Our personal trainers are warm and welcoming and always tailor the exercises to your unique needs and goals.  

Everyone is there for a common purpose, to get fit and to have fun whilst doing that...so you may be surprised at how much you enjoy yourself at bootcamp and at our personal training sessions.

We train in Rushcutters Bay and Maroubra or we can tailor training especially for you in a location near you in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
