Our bootcamps are held in Maroubra and Rushcutters Bay or we can arrange to train you at a local park in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs 

You can come along to one of the sessions to try...first session is free.  If you like it and have fun - which we are sure you will - we would be delighted to welcome you back.

At WAMH we have different training options to suit everyone

Our packages enable you to come as often as you like...up to 5 times a week.  You may prefer to just come to bootcamp once a week - and we cater for this too.

We also offer personal one-on-one training as well as personal training sessions with a friend at Maroubra, Malabar, Chifley and Rushcutters Bay.
